As Lafayette continues to try to cope with PTSD from weeks in a basement-dungeon, being shot and untreated, and bitten by three vamps at once, both he and Sookie are having very strong reactions to drinking Eric’s blood. Lafayette’s terrifying hallucinations of Eric and Sookie’s erotic dreams show no sign of dissipating. I’m guessing that both these issues will follow the characters into Season 3.
Alexander Skarsgård as Eric is terrific in these scenes though I felt a bit badly for poor Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis).
“Teacup humans” almost makes me wish Eric was around kids more so we could hear him utter the phrase again. He is so menacing and so very amusing at the same time.
